How we verify every officer
1. Licence & identity check
Every applicant's SIA badge is verified against the public register before an interview is booked.
2. BS 7858 screening
Employment history, references, right-to-work and criminal record checks completed to BS 7858 standard.
3. Induction & site training
Officers complete Paragon-specific induction, including CRM check-in procedure, before their first shift.
4. Ongoing verification
Licence status is re-checked on a rolling basis; any lapse automatically suspends deployment.
